HOW IT WORKS

Eight steps. Zero ambiguity.

From booking to return, you see everything we do. No surprises, no hidden costs.

  1. Book

Tell us what happened. Find your card, see the price, and send your details.

  2. Ship

Send it to us, drop it off in Milton Keynes by appointment, or let us generate a Royal Mail label for you. Pack it to our guide and mark it FRAGILE.

  3. Receive

When your card arrives we log it straight in and put anything worth recording about the way it reached us on your repair page. That means photographs of the parcel and the card, and a filmed unboxing where the packaging looks like it has taken a knock.

  4. Diagnose

We find the real fault at board level and show you exactly what we found, with photographs of anything worth seeing.

  5. Decide

The repair moves ahead as soon as the diagnosis is clear. If you would rather we checked with you before any paid part, you can ask for that on your repair page, and then nothing proceeds until you say yes. Either way, any part that adds cost is agreed with you first.

  6. Repair

Component-level work on the board itself, the kind of repair most shops send away.

  7. Test

Stress tested under full load, and every fully tested repair comes with a certificate of its results.

  8. Return

On a successful repair you pay only when it is done, and we cover the return by Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a faster service if you want one. If we cannot fix it, you pay nothing for our work and choose how the card comes back.
