We order it in when you book, which usually adds two to four weeks before the work begins. These arrive new, usually in mint condition, though the occasional scratch or scuff is possible, so we photograph yours on arrival before anything is fitted.

A nickel-plated copper baseplate takes heat from the core and memory into square-section heatpipes, cooled by three fans on double ball bearings. The metal backplate has airflow vents that let exhaust air pass through, with an extra metal structure inside the card for stability.
