We move your GPU’s core and memory onto a new PCB and cooler, so what comes back is effectively a different card.
For board damage no repair can promise to fix, and for plain cards you want rebuilt into something better.
It comes apart on the bench and we start preheating the board.
Your core and memory come off the old board and onto the new one before the cooler goes on with fresh thermal interfaces.
It is stress tested before return and you pay only when it passes.
A PCIe tab cracked in shipping, or pads torn under the core or memory, can put a board past the point where a repair holds. The core and memory move to a new board instead.
A plain or reference card can come back looking the part, worth more when you sell it, and feeling new until then.
A stronger cooler drops temperatures and noise on the same card, with lower temperatures holding boost clocks for longer.
A transplant needs a healthy core and memory, so we tell you straight if yours are not.

Like any board-level rework, a transplant carries a small inherent risk, set out plainly in our terms. Read the terms
If a repair finds your board past saving, you can switch to a transplant: the repair labour is dropped and you pay the transplant price instead.
Return shipping on success is free by Royal Mail Tracked 48, the same as any repair.
We keep your original board and cooler after a successful transplant. That donor stock is part of what keeps these prices down.
